7. The number of immigrants increased from 1965 and reached 30,000 in 1976. The earliest immigrants from Korea moved because they had no choice to leave. From 1965 to currently Koreans came voluntarily. more jobs became available to people from Asia after 1965. Many Korean people immigrated to the state Hawaii.
